Our cardio section has Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Spin bikes, rowing machines, Stairmaster and never before seen HIITMill and Air Dyne bikes. The variety and number of cardio machine will ensure that you will never be bored doing cardio and there is no waiting for a machine even at peak times.


World class Precor, Hammer strength machines that work every muscle group in a safe and effective way.


Our free weights sections is spacious with multiple benches, dumbbells from 2.5kgs to 50kgs and bars and weight plates for all your strength and muscle building needs


For the CrossFit enthusiasts, we have Rope climbing, Battle Ropes, Parallel bars, Sandbags, Roman rings, Plyometric box, Tire flipping and Sled push – pull training to name a few.


A dedicated section for members to do their floor exercises and to stretch after their workout.


Vriddhi offers a variety of classes to choose from its schedule. Our classes range from High Intensity Interval Training to Zumba to Yoga and everything in between. Classes are run by highly motivated, experienced and certified trainers from Trio-Fit


All client assessments are conducted by a qualified physiotherapists to ensure that the program design suggested is safe and effective. Rehabilitation programs also available if necessary.

Group Classes



Physiotherapy or physical therapy uses a range of treatment techniques to help restore, maintain and maximise physical strength, movement and function within the body by addressing the underlying physical issues. The aim of the therapist is to optimize the patient's range of motion and function whilst at the same time reducing pain and preventing recurrence.

Our physiotherapist is Dr. T R Rajani, BPT, PG Diploma in Acupunture has experience in treating a wide range of sports injuries, fractures, musculoskeletal and spinal problems. Her treatment techniques include manual therapy, myofascial release (Trigger point release), dry needling, acupressure and acupunture. For appointments, contact the Reception staff at each centre.
