Create healthy habits, not restrictions
Making healthy choices should not be adverse or miserable. Changing the life to be more healthy shouldn’t make you feel deprived. If you focused on the things you “can’t” or “shouldn’t” be eating, this will not be a positive experience. Make a plan that includes small, reasonable goals and specific actions you’ll take to move toward them.
Instead, try to focus on the everyday positive habits you can add to make your life healthier. Focus on the powerful choices you are making and make the healthy.
