Set Realistic Fitness Goals!
April Tip of the month
While seeing people who are super fit and comparing your own body to them can be a good way to get inspired, there is no point of creating your own fitness goals based on what others are doing. Every person has a different body and so the needs of that body should be different as well.
It always helps to have low targets at least during the initial stages of the workout routines as this can help you to motivate yourself to workout. Make sure that you choose a workout plan that you can stick to without overexerting yourself. For instance, you may not be able to do 50 pushups at the beginning, and it is better that you start small. It is important that you have a strong sense of confidence that you can do the exercises that you want to perform.
