Was it all the times when you tried so many clothes and didn’t look good due to the extra weight or tyres around the belly? Is it that your cholesterol report didn’t turn out the way you wanted it to look like? Or was it that you had lost the stamina to play with your kids? Or it could be that you see the same getting fat habits come up as natural way of life in your kids and just want to be better, healthier role models for them?
Find your why for exercising and write it down for you to get inspired when you want to procrastinate your work outs.
